Two young office administration apprentices from Austria have completed a month of living and working in Northern Ireland as part of the Erasmus programme. 
 
Facilitated by Intern Europe with a practical work placement in TrainingMatchmaker.com Michelle Bichler and Romana Schöser have been upskilling in marketing and working to deliver creative social media content for a number of small local businesses from a range of co-working spaces including the Mallusk Enterprise Hub at Mallusk Enterprise Park, Creative Space in Belfast Central Library and Libraries NI lisburn road branch.

By sharing their learning plans and learning logs they hope to inspire others to get learning too. Their learning journey included availing of the free photography courses available in the Apple store in Victoria Square Belfast and completing the WorldHost principles of customer service programme by licensed trainer, Chartered Marketer Christine Watson. The pair return to Austria WorldHost accredited, having successfully joined an army of over one million service professionals worldwide committed to delivering excellence in customer service.
The local businesses and social enterprises that benefited from their content marketing work which included photography, micro videos, canva graphics and instagram reels included Mallusk Enterprise Park, Belfast Artisan Distillery, Menopause Wellbeing NI, Hillmount Garden Centre, Lekkers NI and Ballycreelly Livestock.
