Apple’s latest strategy – Today at Apple is centred around teaching us to make the most of our Apple products. A great concept given that if we use our devices to their full potential then we should thereby treasure them even more so than we do already.
The Apple Store at Victoria Square in Belfast is no exception – according to Matthew – Apple Creative Pro, (their name for Trainer), there are a grand total of 61 different classes that Apple device owners can take. You simply find them online and log in using your Apple ID to book a session in advance or you could call into the store on the off chance a session isn’t full and register with one of the staff.
These free of charge courses offer lessons on photography, music, art, coding and design.
The educational sessions also feature “Teacher Tuesdays” – Teachers are encouraged to stop by and learn in order to transfer new knowledge and skills to their students’ back in the classroom. While families can come in on weekends for “Kids Hours”.
For a more one to one ‘applied learning’ experience studio hours enable you to work on your own projects but with a Genius or Creative Pro nearby to be called upon as and when you have queries or need help.
For the purposes of #LearnuaryNI (the TrainingMatchmaker.com challenge to learn one thing each day and share this new learning on your social media channel – to keep you spurred on to achieving and to inspire others) we have collated a list of the various courses that you can take in Belfast this January, well… in the first half anyway, as they only launch their workshop calendar a few weeks in advance.
