Colette is a passionate Tourism Professional with over 25 years of experience in the Northern Ireland Tourism industry, as a Trainer, Lecturer, Assessor, Internal Verifier and Tour Guide. Most recently she has written new Level 2 and 3 Tour Guiding courses (accredited with OCN NI) specifically for the Northern Ireland market. Colette is also a Licensed WorldHost Trainer and has worked on either Tour Guiding and/or WorldHost, with the majority of all tourism stakeholders in her wide ranging career, including NMNI, Tourism NI, Mid and East Antrim Council, Mid Ulster Council, Visit Belfast and all the Landscape Partnerships, to name just a few.
