Bio
Sinead is an experienced Senior Leadership and Development Trainer, Coach, Facilitator, and Motivational Speaker. With a passion for equality, Sinead has focused her expertise on raising female talent to the top of organisations by developing an inclusive culture and creating innovative training and coaching programmes that empower women to become strong leaders.
Sinead draws on over 20 years’ of corporate experience in HR, Leadership Development, Business Improvement and Cultural Transformation to inform her approach in this area. She has developed and delivered learning interventions for organisations including; Lean In & All State, Sensata, Bombardier Aerospace, Belfast International Airport, Citi and Danske. Her training experience includes delivery as an associate of Create Express for Associated British Foods, Pepsi, Northern Trust, Invest NI, Queen’s University Belfast and Chief Executives Forum.
She holds a degree in Psychology, MSc in Human Resource Management (specialising in Cultural Transformation), MSc in Computing and Information Systems, is an ICF accredited Business Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner. She draws on the best practices from her business experience and her knowledge and research in the equality and learning arena.
Sinead was responsible for the development of a highly-acclaimed, year-long programme for Lean In Belfast that saw over 700 women develop their personal and leadership skills. An impactful programme that received feedback such as:
