After winning awards from Vodafone, The Federation of Small Businesses & Coleraine Borough Council for innovative business planning Jared trained as a Chartered Accountant. He now combines this skill with others through Pareto Strategic Planning – creating 1 page strategic plans alongside business owners in NI, because every business needs a plan.
Through Pareto Strategic Planning, Jared works with business owners who have a desire for improved growth, profitability or strategy. His focus is on ensuring that every business has a plan, and to make this a reality he works with businesses to facilitate the creation of simple, agile and effective 1 page strategic plans.
Jared’s training workshops, run on a one to one basis or to groups on a range of topics. These include;
